All Ornament Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and seasonal nature of our Christmas ornaments, all ornament sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect design selections, or other buyer preferences, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all Christmas ornaments, including standard, personalized, and custom-made designs.

Personalized & Custom Ornaments

Personalized and custom-made ornaments are created specifically for each customer.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, colors, and other personalization details before placing your order.

Twincrafters is not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer. However, if we make a mistake during production, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every ornament before shipping.

If your ornament arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the ornament and packaging, if possible

If the issue was caused by Twincrafters or occurred during shipping, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

If a return is necessary because of damage, a defect, or an error by Twincrafters, we will provide instructions and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for Twincrafters to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
